(by John Rhode) When Garrett Hartley’s game-winning field goal split the uprights 13 days ago, the earth readjusted itself under New Orleans. The Superdome hadn’t shaken like that since the morning of Aug. 29, 2005, when Hurricane Katrina made landfall. "It was phenomenal in that stadium. No one left,” said Bill Hartley, father of the Saints placekicker who shifted the local carnival season into overdrive by helping the Saints clinch a spot in Super Bowl XLIV in Miami.
