The football business in the Capital City Tuesday night belonged to the Tallahassee Quarterback Club... Perfect planning by the organization led to former Oklahoma star J.C. Watts being the invited guest speaker to the University Center at FSU's Doak Campbell Stadium. Watts was starting quarterback for the Oklahoma Sooners in 1979.
