Well, if we hadn't already heard enough whining out of Texas from Mack Brown and some Longhorn fans after losing the BCS Title game the baton has now been passed to Dallas Cowboy fans after their defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings:
The Minnesota Vikings scored two late touchdowns on bombs, an almost obvious indication that they ran up the score on the Dallas Cowboys with a 34-3 win.
I am not sure what point Brad Childress was trying to make in running up the score, or maybe it was Brett Favre who decided to run the passing bomb to Sidney Rice for their third TD connection for the day. Favre three four [for] touchdowns.
Quite honestly I can't remember anyone ever complaining about the score being run up in an NFL game before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. Some of the comments on this blog post are quite interesting....read more from The Landry Hat
